Renting the Property

Full payment for the duration of your stay is due at the time the booking is confirmed at a rate from €400 (EUR) per night, excluding Semana Santa and La Feria. The rate for booking the property from the start of Semana Santa until the end of La Feria is €600 (EUR) per night. Please note that these two major events are generally held in April, but the dates vary each year. We offer a 10% reduction in prices for stays of 7 nights or more.

Anyone wishing to rent the property must be over 18 years of age and must be in possession of a passport or national identity document for citizens of European Union countries.

The property must be returned in the same state in which it was when you checked in. The cost related to any damage to the property caused by guests during their stay will be borne by the guests and will be deducted from the booking deposit.

The owner is not responsible for claims related to accidents, injuries or damages caused to the guests or to their property or for loss of possessions during the rental period. Guests assume all responsibility for their safety and welfare.

Please note this is a no smoking property. We regret we are unable to accommodate pets. No parties or events are allowed at the property.

Cancellations

We recognise that people's plans sometimes change and we offer the following cancellation and refund policy:

To receive a full refund guests must cancel at least 30 days before check in.

A full refund will also be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation is at least 14 days before check in.

If a cancellation is made for dates between 7 and 30 days before check in we will refund 50% of the total amount paid for the full duration of your stay.

If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before check in we regret that no refund can be given.

Your Deposit

A holding deposit of €250 (EUR) will be taken at the time of booking to cover any breakages or damage to the house or its contents caused during your stay. This will be refunded in full within one week of your departure, provided the house and its contents are returned in a satisfactory condition.
